Dynamic Leader is the brainchild of Allison Gabaldon

Allison is a native New Mexican and resides in the East Mountains of Albuquerque with her husband and their blended family of five children. Allison is very passionate about positive leadership and has worked in a number of leadership positions with school districts in New Mexico and the California Bay Area. She is a transformational leader who focuses on positive relationships.

Allison is the founder of Dynamite Leader where she actively works to promote the best in others and has a passion for teaching others how to shine.  When she is not working you can find her at home in the East Mountains spending time with her family, participating in her church community, or cooking in the kitchen. 

Dynamite Leader provides leadership development services and is based outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico
